“Meet Grace Ibrahima, a local authour who is featured in our Klib Liv — Caregiver and Children’s Book Club. Grace will be making a guest appearance at our session this Saturday and we are so excited to have her join us!

Our current Klib Liv started in May 2021 and our participants meet weekly. Klib Liv is open to Black identifying children 12 years old and under (along with their caregivers/parents who are invited to participate in some scheduled joint sessions).

Klib Liv serves as a medium to introduce and/or increase our community’s awareness of Black literature, promote Black authors and encourage continued literacy among Black children.”
